After placing your DeVita Natural Skin Care order, you will be sent a receipt and order summary via e-mail. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.

To help you select your foundation shade we have our absolute BASE loose powder foundation sample sets available for purchase. Please see our Samples page to view the details. Our 12 absolute BASE loose powder foundation colors are the base for all the foundation colors – which means that a #1 in absolute BASE foundation is similar to a #1 in both our softBLEND and absolutely WHIPPED foundation. So testing our absolute BASE colors gives you a good idea of the color of the other foundations, but of course they are not exact, as the type of foundation is different. In future we will have our full tester bar available in selected retail stores, and we will also have additional sample kits available coming soon.

We use UPS for all shipping within the Continental U.S., its territories, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and military addresses – up to 5 business days for delivery (usually less). UPS Expedited Shipping is available for orders placed prior to Friday. Orders shipped on Friday’s will be shipped the following Monday, In some instances, we are asked to ship signature required. If you are not available to receive your package, UPS will attempt delivery of your package for three consecutives business days. After this time period, the package will be returned to us. Any shipping fees incurred due to this situation, will be charged to you for our inconvenience.
PLEASE NOTE: UPS will not, under any circumstance, deliver to a Post Office Box. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
International orders are shipped by UPS International Global Express with signature required. Telephone numbers are required for shipment. UPS will not authorize shipments without a telephone listed. This generally requires 10-14 days for delivery, though customs and shipping delays are possible. If you are not available to receive your package, UPS will attempt delivery of your package for three consecutives business days. After this time period, the package will be returned to us. Any shipping fees incurred due to this situation, will be charged to you for our inconvenience. Please also note that any special international fees, i.e. customs, import, impound etc will be the sole responsibility of the receiver. Please allow adequate time for receipt of your order. If you have not received your order within 30 days, please let us know.
Please note that we are required by law to include accurate customs forms with all international packages. We are unable to declare orders as ‘gifts’ or report incorrect values. Thank you for your understanding.

Your business is important to us. At DeVita Natural Skin Care, we double-check your order and pack everything carefully prior to shipping. But things do happen on occasion. If your order arrives damaged or is not correct, please let us know right away within one week of receiving your package. You can click on the Contact Us tab. We will be happy to correct the problem.
If something has been damaged during shipping, you may need to return (at our expense) the damaged portion of your order, so that we can resolve the issue with our carrier. Please save all your packaging while we get things sorted out.
If you find you may have experienced an incompatibility with any of our products, please call DeVita at 1-877-233-8482 to explain the situation and receive instructions on our return methods. Brushes and cosmetics are non-returnable. We suggest trying any available samples offered before buying full-sized products. It’s a relatively inexpensive way to try out different colors before making a larger purchase. Skin care products are eligible for return within 30 days. This policy applies to any DeVita Natural Skin Care product purchased through www.devitaskincare.com.
